What you get.

Bus Transportation

Transportation from the Hartford area to Wilkes-Barre PA hotel and game on Jan 4th. Transportation between Wilkes-Barre and Bridgeport and then back to Hartford are on Jan 5th.

2025 Hartford Wolf Pack Booster Club Bus Trip to WBS and BRI - Full Details

January 4th - January 5th

Price: $160pp, $180pp non-member

Price includes:

Bus transportation between Hartford and WBS
Bus transportation to and from optional luncheon with WBS Booster Club
Bus transportation to and from game arena.
Bus transportation from WBS to Bridgeport
Bus transportation from Bridgeport to Hartford
Game tickets for WBS and BRI games.

Price does not include:

Hotel reservations or cost. (There is a block saved and discounted. A link will be shared to reserve.)
Cost of food or drink including at optional WBS Booster Club Luncheon

Misc:

We must sell 45 tickets for the bus trip to occur.

Hotel and WBS tickets will be available even if bus will not be.

Final price will be determined mid Nov based on fundraising. A small percent of fundraising will go towards offsetting the per person cost.
You will be expected to review and abide by a rule of conduct for the entirety of the trip.

How to Deposit

Deposit is $75 and will follow the same expectations as NHL game deposits. Seats/tickets are not held until deposit is received.

If non members are joining you they will need to complete a membership form in addition to the sign-up form. Due to insurance reasons all persons on the bus must be official members.
